Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all deals, vouchers and offers purchased through the Mingle Deals Platform, operated by MINGLE DEALS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Mingle Deals", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read it carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Refundable & Cancellable Vouchers and Deals

Most vouchers and deals purchased on the Mingle Deals Platform are refundable and cancellable, unless a deal or voucher is explicitly marked as non-refundable and non-cancellable on its offer page. You may cancel at any time before the voucher's or deal's expiry date, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Vouchers and Deals

Certain vouchers and deals are non-refundable and non-cancellable. These will be clearly and prominently labelled as "Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable" on the offer page before the purchase is successfully completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or cancellation, except for the limited exceptions mentioned in clause 4 below.

3. When a refund and cancellation will not be allowed

Even for vouchers and deals purchased on the Platform which are refundable and cancellable, no refund or cancellation will be issued in the following situations:

• The voucher or deal has already been redeemed, fully or partially;
• Expiry of a voucher or deal beyond its stated validity period;
• Failure to meet a Partner's stated terms or conditions of redemption;
• Vouchers or deals purchased using referral credits or promotional codes, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Each deal clearly displays its validity period and redemption conditions at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to review these details and to redeem your voucher within the applicable validity period.

4. Exceptions — when a refund may be issued

Notwithstanding the above, a refund will be considered and processed in the following limited circumstances:

• Failed transactions: If your payment was debited but the order or voucher was not generated or delivered to you, the debited amount will be refunded in full.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Deal withdrawn or Partner unavailable: If a deal is cancelled by us or a Partner ceases operations before you are able to redeem a valid, unexpired voucher, we will, at our discretion, issue a refund or a replacement of equivalent value.

5. Platform & Convenience Fee

Platform & convenience fees charged at the time of purchase of vouchers or deals on the Mingle Deals Platform are non-refundable under all circumstances, including approved cancellations and refunds. The platform fee is a charge levied by Mingle Deals for listing and providing access to deals on the Platform, while the convenience fee is a service charge for facilitating your payment transaction securely. Neither of these fees will be refunded even where the underlying voucher or deal amount is eligible for a refund. Only the voucher or deal value will be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund processing time

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer, over which we have no control.

Partner goods and services

The actual goods, services and experiences are provided by independent third-party Partners. Any concerns regarding the quality, fitness or delivery of goods or services redeemed against a voucher must be raised directly with the relevant Partner. Mingle Deals acts only as a discovery and deals marketplace and does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with a Partner's goods or services.
